How long do we keep your data?
Flymingo is committed to compliance with regulations such as (but not limited to) GDPR and CCPA. We have implemented a data retention policy based on three core principles:
- Storage Limitation: We limit how long Flymingo retains your data, ensuring you remain in control. Customers can define their own data retention period for video footage based on their needs.
- Data Minimization: We process only relevant and necessary data, minimizing data collection and storage to reduce exposure and enhance privacy protection.
- Accountability: We securely retain your data in full compliance with data protection standards, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring, and protection within the Flymingo environment.
What is a Third-Party Subprocessor?
Subprocessors are vendors engaged by Flymingo to process data on behalf of our customers, who remain the data controllers.
- Flymingo requires all subprocessors to sign our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to uphold strict data protection standards.
- Flymingo’s subprocessors may access customer data only as necessary to provide infrastructure, data storage, system logging, customer support, and email communication services essential to our platform.

Incident Response
Flymingo is committed to privacy and regulatory compliance.
- In accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR, Flymingo will notify customers of a data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
- We have a structured incident response plan to ensure swift investigation, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
